Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The AI Donna ("the Service"), an AI receptionist platform for businesses. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Donna answers your customers' questions, takes orders, and captures bookings based on the information you provide (menu, hours, documents). Donna is an AI assistant and may occasionally make mistakes; you are responsible for confirming critical details such as bookings and orders with your customers.

2. Free trial

New accounts include a free trial of one month. After the trial, continued use may require a paid plan. You can request an extension by contacting us; extensions are granted at our discretion.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the business information, menus, and documents you upload. You grant us permission to process them to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload content you don't have rights to, or to abuse the AI in ways that disrupt the Service for others.

5. Availability & liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated to account holders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
