Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for The AI Donna ("the Service"). By subscribing, you agree to it.
1. Free trial
New accounts include a free trial (currently one month). You are not charged during the trial. If you do not subscribe, the account simply stops at the end of the trial — there is nothing to cancel and nothing is billed.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, either via autopay (a recurring mandate you authorise once) or a manual monthly payment link. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never store your card or UPI details.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime — from the Billing & Plan page in your owner dashboard, or by emailing ask@theaidonna.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it is not cut off immediately.
4. Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, because the Service is available to you for that period. We will, however, issue a refund where:
• you were charged due to a technical error or duplicate payment; or
• you were billed after a timely cancellation request; or
• the Service was unavailable for a prolonged period due to a fault on our side.
To request a refund, email ask@theaidonna.com within 7 days of the charge with your account details and the reason.
5. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days after approval (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).
6. Changes to plans & pricing
We may change plans or pricing; any change applies to your next billing cycle, and significant changes will be communicated to account holders in advance.
